A day without Calls

Sa mga call centers, kapag queueng madalas na nagrereklamo ang mga agent dahil sa dami ng calls. Pero naisip nyo na ba pano nga kung walang call. Well ang masasabi ko, HINDI siya maganda. Today naranasan ko na sa buong shift ay wala man lang akong na recieve ni isang call. Just imagine I spent 8 hours in the office with doing anything. Sobrang nakakabagot siya at talagang nakakatuyo ng utak. Therefore we should be thankful if we are recieving a lot of calls. Beacuse that only means that we have jobs and ewe are earning money.
